You will need to create an account to submit your abstract if you don't already have one.

To create an account, click below or hover the arrow next to the « Login » button at the top-right of this page and then click on « Create account ». The created account will work on all CCSD platforms: Sciencesconf.org HAL Episciences.

Deadlines

  • Extended abstract (100 abstract words and body up to 2 pages):February 21st 2022March 6th 2022
  • Conference paper (100 abstract words and body 6 up to 10 pages): May 31st 2022 June 19th 2022

Paper templates

The submission format should follow the QIRT2022 layout.

For the first time, a LaTeX template is proposed and can be obtained on Overleaf or directly dowloaded through the link below. You have the choice between downloading the MS Word template or LaTeX template, at your convenience. You will notice that you have to choose between two licenses, see below for more detail.

License

License should be notified on your paper submission. Two licenses are available, depending on your willing to share your work. To get more informations about the CC licenses, visit their website: https://creativecommons.org/licenses/.
 
To help you choose between the two licenses, you can use their online tool.
 
The proposed licenses are:
Once you have choose your license, you can select the MS Word template that suits your choice.
 
For LaTeX users, it is the same template. Just change the option in the documentclasscommand:
  • \documentclass{qirtconference} % Use CC_BY
  • \documentclass[license_nd]{qirtconference} % Use CC_BY_ND
